The Cafe Dumonde formula is similar to the Bio Green chain lube - it's a plant-based chain lube that smells like coffee! Here are the (rather comical) application instructions from the bottle:
Race Day: Forget to set alarm. Awake in panic. Clean and dry chain prior to initial application.
Apply Cafe Dumonde sparingly to chain. More isn't better. Apply confidence liberally to psyche. Wipe off excess. Do not reapply lube until you hear your chain squeaking like a marmot. Listen to your chain! You should get at least 10 applications from each ounce of Cafe Dumonde. Don't be greedy
