Shipping policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We have chosen not to ship to some locations as there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose (if prompted), shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Please note that shipping times may be longer for heavy or free shipping items.

SprocketKings strives to ship orders ASAP, meaning fulfillment is complete within 12-24 business hours. Items are packaged in a conscious manner reflecting how we would want to have items delivered to us in the buyer's position. We often re-use boxes and packing materials in an effort to keep shipping costs low for our customers. Handling times may vary, but will ship no later than 72 hours after an order is placed. Any orders not shipped within 72 hours of purchase may still be shipped, and may be refunded in a manner to promote customer satisfaction.
