Refund policy
If you need to return an item, please use our contact form. To ensure returns are processed promptly, please provide as much order information as possible including all available details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
To ensure you have the best return experience possible, we will accept returns on items within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping will be paid by the customer. A prepaid shipping label can be provided to the customer by SprocketKings at the expense of the customer, to be deducted from the refund amount once the return is received. SprocketKings will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (customer received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items that are in unopened condition are eligible for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Opened returns will incur a 30% restocking fee, less shipping fee if paid by SprocketKings, as open items cannot be resold as "New" condition.
Customers should expect to receive a refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases a refund will be issued more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process the return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the customer's bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
